Working with FA

FA design is seeking professional representation throughout Canada and the USA on a regional basis.  The right agency should be experienced, with a large and well-cultivated regional network of both chains and independent retailers.  FA design expects our agents to provide premium service to our customers, so our network of reps is very important to us.  Compensation is commensurate with expectations. 


 •   To represent the brand at all time in an educated and professional manner
•    To follow FA design corporate strategies, sales programs, pricing, terms and distribution
•    To develop and grow healthy distribution pathways by opening key accounts
•    To maintain and grow FA design with accounts; new and current
•    Maintain communication with Director of Sales on all issues that might affect FA design
•    To be present at Sales meetings and Trade shows
•    To create and maximize sales opportunities, meeting goals and objectives in part with frequent store visits and PK sessions


•    3 years of industry or industry related experience
•    A pre-existing network of sports retail partners, ideally in the winter sports market, but not necessarily…a killer rep is a killer rep!
•    A proven track record of sales and account development
•    Experience in the sports representation field
•    Membership in the relevant regional/national rep association
•    Dynamic, positive with strong organizational skills
•    The candidate must have the ability to communicate effectively
•    Self-motivated, well organized and passionate about FA design and its story
•    Strong willingness to build a new brand
