Follow three simple steps for a smooth warranty process

Return policy

For any and all other returns or exchanges, please refer to the original place of purchase/retailer.

You may return your unused product for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Products purchased with a promotional code are NON-REFUNDABLE, but may be exchanged for another size based on availability.

If approved, you can expect a full refund to your credit card within 7 days of our receiving and approving your return. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement.

To initiate a return, please follow our Return Instructions below.

To request an exchange, please call us at 403-453-2152. We’ll place a new order for your desired item and we’ll waive the standard shipping costs. You will be charged for this order and once we receive your return, your refund will be processed.

Return Instructions

If you need to return an item, please contact FA design at to obtain a return authorization form. Please be sure to note the item you are returning and the reason for your return using the codes provided.

Package the return shipment safely and securely, using the original packaging if possible. Please remove or cover any prior labels and/or barcodes. Please include your original order number and delivery on the outside of the box and address to: FA design outerwear, #101 – 525 11th Avenue SW, Calgary, AB, T2R0C9

Contact the shipper of your choice and send your return back to us. Please be sure to obtain insurance on your package covering the cost of your return item, as FA cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Returns will be refunded within 7 days of receiving your item(s) and approving your refund.
